Join our growing team at Cote Electric and make a real difference in homeowners' lives. At Cote, we prioritize quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and a supportive team culture.

Job Overview:

As a Licensed Residential Install Electrician, your primary responsibility will be installing electrical systems in residential settings. You will work on projects such as panel upgrades, full-home wiring, generator and EV charger installations, and other residential electrical installations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in hands-on work, enjoys structured installation projects, and values doing the job right the first time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install new electrical systems, including panels, circuits, lighting, and specialty equipment in residential homes.

  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure accurate and code-compliant installations.

  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth job site execution.

  • Ensure work meets NEC standards and local building codes.

  • Use appropriate tools, materials, and safety protocols to complete installations efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Qualifications:

  • NH Journeyman or Master Electrician License required. (If you have a Maine license as well, that's even better!)

  • This is not an entry-level position—prior hands-on experience with residential electrical installations is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of residential installation experience preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of NEC and residential wiring practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

  • Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces or attics as needed.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Why Join Cote?

  • Competitive pay structure based on experience and licensure.

  • 4% 401(k) Match

  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance

  • Short and Long Term Disability

  • Paid holidays, vacation, and PTO at 90 days

  • Tool allowance, company vehicle, uniforms, phone, and tablet provided

  • Employee discounts, referral bonuses, and financial hardship support
